I bought an eleagnus quicksilver from them a few months ago by mail order - also a 7.5L  a 12L. It arrived very well packed in perfect condition. The shrub was really big and healthy with a beautiful shape. Agree with others' comments that they're a bit pricey (the delivery cost especially), but I'm so happy with the order. Would definitely buy from them again

I've bought off them online before they have a huge range of plants . I were happy with my order but for one plant which had just been potted on 1L to a 2L pot so I paid for a 2L and got a 1L plant , i did order early in the season so it can happen . Also on the expensive side.

I am going to visit the nursery sometime this year on the garden which won the RHS partner garden award.

Last year they were proposing to charge £20 to send four small Salvia nemorosa 'Marcus' (2ltr pots) to London.

It may be that they are not primarily an online company and have that as a sideline, so not bothered about online prices.

They look a fantastic nursery, lots of interesting and hard to find shrubs. I'm very keen to visit someday. Would I order Cotoneaster lactaeus from them? No... it's a very common and fast growing 'hedging plant' that you could probably find cheaper locally and without postage. If you can be patient you can probably even get it bare root, at at least 80cm.

Brilliant and rather quirky nursery to visit and the restaurant and gift shop are rather good too. A place to spend lots of money.
     Can't help re mailorder though!
Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down

I sent an email to Larch a couple of days ago enquiring what the P&P charges would be . I also asked them to confirm the size of the plant as in the description it says it's on an 80cm then below it says it's on a 40cm stem

    Their response -
    **************
    Hi Peter,

So sorry that appears to have been a fault on our system, they are 40cm stems.
    All the best

So they declined to give P&P costs

    I'll look elsewhere
