The red leaves are caused by cold and will return to green assuming the rest of the plant is ok. They need lots of sun, lots of water when it sunny/hot and feeding.
I very much doubt that red leaves will return to green. But of course new (green) leaves will appear. I expect that's what you meant.
I never water nor feed my T. jasminoides. In the course of 8 years it has grown to a very sizeable plant and is currently in full bloom... and embaulms my garden.

Thanks @Papi Jo! And yes, you are right... the old brown leaves are either there in the background or else fell off, but there was a sudden shooting of new growth all over once I gave it some TLC. Very pleased! Must admit I had imagined that this was one I could leave to look after itself without any care at all. wrong, obviously!
