There's a famous quote of R. Frost's - the road not taken. Cameron McNeish did a lovely programme called The Road Less Travelled, which was based on that poem
Re the song - It's on the album Parsley Sage Rosemary and Thyme
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
My favourite track on that album is probably one which most people would dismiss as being a bit odd. The final track - Silent Night/7 o'clock news. A slight departure from their usual, but might be quite appropriate considering what's just happened again, in the USA. Just makes you think.
I also love A Simple Desultory Philippic, and For Emily, Whenever I may find Her though.

It’s a beautiful album ,or LP ,as they used to be called ,it’s in my collection along with Bridge Over Troubled Water, and several others .I often play my favourite tracks on random play when I’m working in the garden ,quietly so as not to disturb the neighbours.
Inspired to have a read of my battered, old Robert Frost collection, which I haven't visited in a while: Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, and I - I took the one less travelled by, And that has made all the difference.
It's knowing what to do with things that counts - Robert Frost
