    That's useful @BenCotto :)
I meant the slot bit was unusual @ren.b, not the grid. That's quite common, along with the simple ring type.  :)

Glad you can get it sorted though, and yes- peonies can get very large, and also very easily damaged by wind and rain, so a good support put in early is really important   :)
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

I have just popped into the garden to measure my peony supports: 22” diameter and legs 24” high plus another 6” in the ground.

Ben - the Peony support I bought from GapGarden Products has the following dimensions - Small 25" (635mm) High x 16" (406mm) Diameter, I got the small because it was a lot cheaper and my plant is small so figured I could get a larger one when it grows a bit - the next size up is Large 31" (787mm) High x 20"(508mm) Diameter but it's £28 - the small is £19.

Fairygirl - I'm starting to think I should have bought the Large now but it's only 4" wider - how fast do these things grow??
The spare legs were cheap so at least I will be able to use those spare supports.
