Big smile today Ante? I hope that your weather is better than mine. Is cold, rainy and dark, I've had to put the lights on in my living room.

    Morning all.

I don't think I fancy roast beef and Yorkshire pudding for brekkies either. I uaually have a slice of toast with Marmite on one half and marmalade on the other half.

Window cleaner should be coming today, according to my calendar, but I thought he said the 31st. I haven't had a window cleaner before. They are very rare in France. French windows open inwards because of the shutters so can be done from inside. Window sills are on the outside, not the inside. That means you can't grow your seedlings on them.

    Good morning everyone.

LB, you perfectly described my weather to. At least wind is no so strong this morning. It will be day for stay in and read or watch tv.

Tomorrow will be busy day. My friends from Austria will come to visit and stay few days , and it will also be my mother's last working day. She is going to the retirement.

    Have a nice Monday.Β

Just heard that my sis-in-law had her knee replacement completed late yesterday afternoon. She was a little nauseous when she had something to eat last night and they thought that was possibly due to remnants of the anaesthetic and pain killers swirling in her system. Unhandy brother said that she actually looked very well when he and her friend went to visit her with just a minimal amount of discomfort. He'll update me later after he visits today.

I'm glad it went well, LB. Anaesthetics can make you feel nauseous.
