It looks very cramped and there is very little surface thru which the soil can absorb water. Being up against the wall and surrounded by paving will add to the dryness.
Give them all a good drenching of 15 litres of water poured slowly so it soaks in and doesn't just run off. The water will hydrate the roots as well as the foliage. A couple of days later water again but this time with some liquid tomato fertiliser added at half strength. The feed will help green up the leaves and encourage flower buds to form.
Assuming they respond well, give them a good soaking once a week throughout this summer and a feed every week or so till mid July. By next year they should be stronger but will still need extra watering thru dry spells and regular feeding too.
