I'm waiting to catch mine with the flowers wide open for definitive ID but they're being a bit shy at the moment.

Definitely looks like Veronica sp.
My pics of Veronica serpyphylla below to compare.
Not sure if they are the same.

definitely thyme leaved speedwell. Scientific name Veronica serpyllifolia - is that what you mean

it definitely looks like thyme-leaved speedwell to me.
