    I think mine is what Silver Surfer identified above. 
    Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.

    I'm waiting to catch mine with the flowers wide open for definitive ID but they're being a bit shy at the moment.

    Definitely looks like Veronica sp.




    My pics of Veronica serpyphylla below to compare.
    Not sure if they are the same.

    @Lyn definitely thyme leaved speedwell. Scientific name Veronica serpyllifolia - is that what you mean @Silver surfer? Looking forward to seeing flower pic @B3 - any clear close up will help even if the flower isn't very open :)

    @B3 How did I miss that?  :D it definitely looks like thyme-leaved speedwell to me.
