    No.
You can rule that out as leaves are opposite and flowers are 4 petalled.
    1. Osmanthus burkwoodii.

    2 and 3. Osmanthus delaveyii.

    Mystery shrub.
    Copied pic to my computer.
    Cropped it.
    Enlarged  it.
Used my camera to take pic from my screen.
    Rather blurred.
    Need clear pics!

    Griselinia ?
    Oh dear..so sorry.
    I hate to be negative.
    It is not Griselinia.
The veins on Griselinia leaves are very distinctive...see below.
They radiate like a fan from the stalk end'
Leaves are rather round and fat in the middle
Mystery plant has elegant slim leaves

Now that does look a strong contender @Pete.8 ...

To help others to see the difference .....
Choisya leaves are not single, individual leaves.
Choisya ternata are in 3's...one stalk, 3 leaflets.
While others such as Choisya Aztec Pearl are in divided narrow fingers.
The flowers can have 6 petals and the stamens stand to attention in the centre ...they remind me of a tiara.
So sorry Dove  this is another to be ruled out.

I think @Pete.8 has got it.
