    Good morning all.

Dull and grey here after a beautiful day yesterday.  Did much gardening. Even planted out my 4 courgette plants, but under a plastic tunnel.  Their roots were coming out of the bottom of the pots.

Swiss ball this morning and then rest in the afternoon.  We are expecting rain down here.  I think @D0rdogne_Damsel should just miss it over yonder in Nimes.

    Have a pleasant Tuesday everyone.

Heavy rain in the early hours here. It's supposed to clear up,  we wanted to go ti Exbury gardens, but might try tomorrow instead.

Morning all, hoping to get back out in the garden today before it rains this evening. Yesterday was very unpleasant out there, very windy and chilly. One of my neighbours asked me to sow her tomato seeds in my propagator...... she's never seen one before so had to explain how it works, she sows hers much too early and has to throw them away, you would have thought that after years of growing them she would have learnt! Luckily I have two so can get some more of mine under way.
Lovely pictures and memories Pat and you will have Pixel for a while longer, that is a bonus!
Catch up with you all later  B)

    Hi all

    Dreary here.
I have just realised how much life has improved since our ex NDN left. Everyone in our 5 household hamlet is pleasant, stops for a chat, tells you if there is likely to be something that will block the drive.
Don't think we will ever get the money we are owed back, although we are still trying, but peace of mind is so valuable.

I love this forum!  Looking at @D0rdogne_Damsel's pretty buildings then - kangaroos from @Pat E!

Had to just email one of the regular plantspeople to tell him I didn't have a pitch for him for the forthcoming Garden Market.  I spoke to him in February and he'd suffered losses because of the storms (he's up by Wisbech near the Wash) and wasn't sure he'd have enough stock.  We agreed he'd let me know by 21st March.  Didn't hear from him.  Phoned him and left a voicemail and also emailed him on the 31st.  No response. So I continued allocating all pitches and finished that - the market is full!  Yesterday I got a reply to my March email saying yes he's coming and looking forward to it.

Feel bad that I just don't have the space for him but our street markets are really popular and he always needs a double pitch.

Hi again everyone. I’m always pleased to read you’ve liked my photos and/or wildlife.
Flopped in front of Tele now.   Watching some archaeological stuff about the Maya.  🙄😁
