That looks marvellous @D0rdogne_Damsel … enjoy!  Hope Charlie’s enjoying his trip too, and that @Busy-Lizzie’s journey is straightforward. 🤞

Amazing photos DD. It sounds as though you are in for a very good break.  You deserve it after all your hard work.

Kangaroos lazing in morning sun have been watched with enjoyment.

Nice mild day here today. I think all the rain has moved away for a few days. 😁

Sometimes, when I look out of the front window and see the Pinus pinea, I think back with wonder at the ability of nature. I grew that tree from seed!  The story is that years ago, we visited a pine nut plantation at Murrumbateman (west of Canberra) being run by an Italian man and while wandering around I found a pine cone. I asked if I could keep it and was told of course I could.   That tree is higher than the farm shed now.

We don’t get the pine nuts, the cockatoos always beat us to them, but the memory still lingers.

What a lovely tree @PatE, an almost perfect shape and the memories to make it special too.. Great picture of Pixel, I don't suppose she sees many roos from the windows of her own home.
Glad to hear that both you and Charlie have arrived safely at your destinations @D0rdogne, hope you both have a lovely time.
    Have a good Tuesday everyone.

Glad you liked my memory Punkdoc. 😁
AnnaB, you too.😁. Pixel would never see a roo in the Canberra suburb where they live, so yes, she really likes being here. Our son has another job to go to at Port Macquarie next weekend, so she will be with us for a bit longer. 👏👏. No complaints here.
