I am a fan of bottomless pots if the situation requires it.
Disease resistance is going to depend on the climate and microclimate. I often recommend different roses than most people here because I simply wouldn't trust them in my garden.
For a disease-resistant true red, I would choose 'Florentina'. Or 'Rambling Rosie' if you prefer a rambler. For bright pink, 'Laguna'. For light pink, 'The Generous Gardener'.
There would be many more options if you are ok with ramblers or other colours.
I’m actually going to plant a vigorous rambler in bottomless pot to climb over a large arch because I don’t have enough soil depth. Although it’s in a more open/shady position, not against a hot south-facing wall like yours, I will still employ the heat-mitigation methods I mentioned as, in my hotter climate, it probably works out about the same. Mine is a once bloomer though, with maybe some scattered blooms later, so not the good repeat flowerer you are looking for.
Mountainous Northern Catalunya, Spain. Hot summers, cold winters.
does the perfect trouble free climbing rose exist?
It might well do for you, but, as noted, quite a lot will depend on your own microclimates. I would say, if you want a very healthy repeat climber, there will be one for you. Learn carefully how to look after it.
