    Lovely plants @Perki. I must try Hadspen Purple, see if it will survive the slugs here ( can be very wet at times.)

    I know, I think it's me. Bit of a jinx with Coreopsis... yours are lovely though, I've not heard of that one..

    If you like the Lobelia, worth looking at L.syphilitica, lovely blue flowers, very perennial and not attacked by slugs, in my garden anyway.

    ..lovely isn't it.  I think it's another one of those short lived perennials... ?.. not that this has ever put me off..

    Thanks Marlorena. I like the colouring on the oenothera 'Sunset Boulevard', but already have a running battle with evening primrose seedlings.......tempting though.
