. I suppose you could look at Gray's Anatomy and find a reason to be cheerful every day.😊

You could. I was watching a vid about endometriosis (which one in ten women have, they estimate). I never felt so well in my life after that. And thankful not to have that common, god-awful blight. I do  'three pieces of appreciation', before I go to sleep every night. I does help keep some perspective.

I assume it doesn't mask the smell.
Not a huge cat problem here but next door is up for sale.  A plus I've noticed is that they don't seem to bury the sht anymore. At least you can see it.

Foxes that come raiding my garden every night and dig out my potted roses in the hope of finding their stashed eggs, chicken drumsticks, sausage rolls etc.  >:)

Had I not already had my pick, I might be tempted to say 'grass in my moss lawn'. The moss is very well behaved - stays short, stays green, smothers the dandelions and the wrens love it. The grass is just a nuisance and attracts the rabbits

I don't actually dislike ground elder, it has several redeeming features, I wouldn't mind it if it just self seeded and I could deal with a clump at a time.
It's the hours I spend trying to get out those tangles of white roots that invade all the spaces and all my plants and knowing that the only way to really clear my borders would be to dig up every single plant, pick out any ground elder roots and start again. :(

@B3  It corrected my "e" to an "a"  - didn't notice it until it was too late

Hmm … I might decide to put up with the ten foot high fence mentioned earlier if I could get rid of the Three-cornered Leek (Allium triquetrum) that’s suddenly appearing everywhere 😖  … and yes, I know we can eat it … but there’s only the two of us … we could feed the entire forum thrice weekly on this lot …
