Insect ID

Can anybody tell me what this is? Lurking in our back porch amongst my citrus plants.

    The grubs do more damage than the adults. You might want to treat your potted plants with nematodes when it's warm enough where you are.

    I'm guessing that's an effective deterrent @TheGreenMan?

    Any reason why I keep finding them on the ceiling of the back porch? They seem to be drawn to the smoke alarm, which makes them easy to dispose of ;)
