    I know that @nutcutlet has gardened with honey fungus for many years. If she’s around she may have some helpful suggestions. 😊 
    I think HF is part of a woodland garden. There are few losses I can attribute to it, a couple of Clematis and a Choisya and that's about it. More losses (and soon to be losses) with Ash die-back and a pair of Alder to probable phytophthora infection.

    At least Honey Fungus is one of the garden 'baddies' you can take revenge on by eating it.  :)
