You're asking a DIY question on a gardening forum.

You could say the same about any form of hard landscaping, fencing etc.
Yes, you could. However, if I wanted advice about fencing, flagging, bricklaying, drainage etc etc..this forum wouldn't be my first port of call. In fact I probably wouldn't ask here at all.

Personally I think there should be a ban on plastic grass.  Deliberately introducing plastic into the landscape is really ecologically unsound.  People are carrying on as if there is no ecological crisis.
    I agree..its hideous stuff.

An outside space is different for everyone for many different reasons. The question the OP raised was no different to any other aspect of an outside space that forum users ask.

Many people do ask these type of questions and why not. ‘Gardening’ is a wide-reaching topic that includes many diverse facets. You can always skip over them if you’re not interested in the topic. Just as I do with the Spam thread for example.

I'd agree @Dave Humby. Many people here have a lot of experience of creating fences and doing drainage, as they're a common feature in many gardens.
However, it's probably irrelevant now anyway. The OP is now looking for a lawncare expert on a new thread. Let's just say, the whole thing is maybe not genuine...  ;)

And today the OP has posted advertising spam for a company in Texas installing artificial grass.   🙄

    Edited to add … and now I’ve been flagged ?!?!?! … 🤣

What a surprise @Dovefromabove. I hope people will be vigilant if they see the name now.

What annoys me about these folk is that genuine people spend time replying and trying to help, because they give them the benefit of the doubt.

I felt 99% sure the OP was spam but needed to be sure by drawing out info that eventually came.
