    I've just made a healthy cake, it has 3 chopped apples in it. ;)  Problem is I can't eat it. It's a donation for the charity craft fair tomorrow.

    Shortbread - delicious!!  Crisp without being dry.  Sweet without being sickly.  Went down a treat!
    A good hoeing is worth two waterings.

    Bit grumpy, as this mornings covid test was still positive, although the line was very faint. I’m missing visiting the donkeys at the sanctuary, and it’s now half term, so it will be extra busy there next week.
