I've never heard of kamut. I must try it if I see it. I suppose you can get it in health food shops.

Never seen kamut flour here @raisingirl.  Just finding spelt is a major achievement, even in organic and health food shops.

    Fortunately, Sainsbury's do spelt here.
There was some really nice Italian white bread flour in the shortage during lockdown. I haven't seen it since. The packet was yellow if I remember rightly.

We need a thread with a laugh. Not necessarily political.
    Anyone up for starting it?

It's 7.15 pm and has just hit 30.4c here. We've got curtains closed, windows and doors open and a fan on and it still feels hot!

28 C here now. It was 32 earlier, far too hot for me. I want to collapse in a heap like @pansyface 's cat!

That's the life!  It so reminds me of my much loved black and white cat - thanks @Pansyface.

Dove's Farm do it (they call it khorasan). You can get it in Sainsbugs and sometimes in Tesco. There are other suppliers (and other supermarkets)

Very warm here this afternoon, though I doubt it was over 30C. It stays fairly cool inside, although we had to shut the back doors because the swallows kept flying in.
