Dark green leafy vegetables are fairly high in calcium. I don't have any information on whether the US has bred strains specifically to be higher in calcium...
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
Mm - could well be. The seeds themselves seem to be widely available and suggest a high calcium content but seeds to actually grow on seem not to be listed.
Would sesame even grow in the UK?? Easy enough to buy seeds as and when needed.
As has been said, brassicas and green, leafy veggies are high in calcium, easy to grow and plenty of seeds available in the UK. Other sources are white beans - cannellini, haricot, butter - red kidney beans, chick peas, tinned sardines, almonds, hazelnuts and, of course, milk and cheese.
Vendée - 20kms from Atlantic coast.

It will remain somewhat of a mystery until the OP responds further if they feel it necessary. One imagines most people are aware of which veg ( and other foods ) contain calcium and so can choose what to grow or what to buy. As said, extra calcium is readily available in various forms if that is what is needed.
I'm allergic to dairy and sesame sadly, and too much Calcium as a supplement can have unwanted side effects, eg may affect the heart, esp in women. The green veg with the highest Calcium by far is collard greens, and delicious too. Some varieties are available in the UK but the variety that gives the best yield for me is Georgia Southern, used to be available in the UK but not now so that's why I was looking at USA. It's advertised a lot on etsy and ebay but it's not clear if it will get stuck in UK customs.
Next best green veg are turnip greens of varieties esp bred for producing lots of top, again not widely available in UK, also mustard greens and pak choi. Spinach has a lot of calcium but we can't digest it because of its high oxalic acid.
A couple here to try but I did not explore further so I hope they’re not out of stock.
The extended delivery dates on Amazon suggest the seeds are coming from overseas, probably India if not USA, so this does not solve your problem. EBay collard seeds are coming in from abroad, as are Etsy but I did not examine Etsy too carefully.
