Indeed @amancalledgeorge. I think people believe vinegar isn't harmful because they put it on their chips  ;)

    😒..I did suggest dilute?

Only soda crystals on outside ground in that video though. They're generally regarded as fairly harmless.
Surely if you dilute the vinegar, that's also a bit pointless... :/

No need to be snarky. I'm simply asking the question   :)
    I'll leave you to it.

  • A lot of this comes from the current love for "hacks" and feeling that we are making some magical saving on a superfluous product. Of course most of the time it's just attention seeking on tiktok and such 🤣 specialist products exist for a reason and cost money as they solve real problems. Nobody forces us to spend it and also a lot of these patio problems are preventable with regular maintenance. Lots of good products suggested previously, hope they address the issue.

@amancalledgeorge, I follow two rules. Never believe anything that is a ‘hack’ and never buy anything that is ‘curated’ whether carefully or not.

My patio was very mucky as I'd not cleaned it since last summer.
I just bought one of these and used it this morning - it's worked a treat

I used on full speed so it was done quickly to keep the cost down 😁

It was pricey, but last time it took me 3 days on hands and knees with a scrubbing brush! And my hands and knees are not what they were!

    Och - you're just a young thing @Pete.8.... :D
I don't have any patio here. I removed the horrible slabs and re used them for a few paths round the side of the extension and the shed etc.
Mind you - I nearly went skiting on my a*se half an hour ago when I went to get something from near the shed. Maybe I need the brush and some soap, along with some elbow grease. Bit wet and shady round there... ;)
