I am so sorry to see this Busy-Lizzie, and I think I can understand how you must be feeling. I didn't see my trees uproot on the night of November 26 last year, which is a blessing, but the shock and sense of loss the next morning was dreadful.
Don't despair. Wait until you are well enough and I'm sure that in time you will see that your garden will heal. Nature will show her kinder side and help you.
    Get well soon.

I am so sorry you came back to such devastation. Heart wrenching scenes for you.
Take it easy and get over your Covid, then do a little each day when youre up to it.
So sorry for your neighbouring village without roofs.
This climate change is having a terrible effect,Somalia,India etc.

I plan to move my lovely lilies closer to the house too, the farmer's field is desperately trying to take over down there and it's a long way to catch the lily beatles every morning.
Lovely lilies; do they have a nice scent? Not sure what you mean about that farmer's field?
