Good, I like both of those ideas and just what would be needed for those moments of weakness, thank you. I would need to replace the sugar in the sorbet so found a good sugar alternative.

Thanks Dove. I use suet pastry when I make pasties but yours sound tastier. I'll try that next time. I think the sorbet would freeze to ice if sugar (or substitute) wasn't added B3.
