Maybe we need some magic pills to make a plongeur grow extra large.

Well he would say that wouldn't he.

    That seems quite big enough!

Anecdote from Josh Widdicombe the other day about plungers. His toilet was blocked so he tried using a plunger and managed to pull the rod out leaving the sucker part vacuum stuck in the bowl. He recounted having to resort to delving into the toilet to release the vacuum to remove the plunger.
Confess now those who have had that happen. Me for one. Three cheers for Marigold gloves I say.

I think there's an aerosol thing you can squirt down the toilet. Now there's a recipe for disaster!

I have four plungers! Bought two, one for the toilet, and one for sinks / handbasins.
never used either. Then the shower blocked, and despite searching, I couldn’t find them, so I bought another, plus a spare in case the toilet ever blocked. After use, decided to put them away safely in an obvious spot in the utility room. And what did I find there, but the other two!
Seriously, if I’m going to replace them, they are going to have to be super duper versions. Can anyone recommend a suitable purchase?

I'm so disappointed - nary one advert.
