Good news about the easing of French travel restrictions.
I've had a good afternoon. Been to the big plant nursey and bought 3 yellow roses at bargain prices. They had shrub roses on offer at 12€, David Austin bare root are £19.50. I bought Graham Thomas, Golden Celebration and Happiness which is a short climber.
On the way home I stopped for diesel. The pump showed 54€ but it didn't show on the cash register so couldn't use my card. Man had a look at the pump then said I might as well have it free as there was no record of it!
Got home to find phone messages, had a nice chat with 2 friends, going for a walk with one of them on Tuesday.

Oh Busy, what a wonderful day for you! Gorgeous roses, a free tank of diesel and nice chats with your friends. That makes up for the 'no show' of the plumber.

The trip to the GC was good compensation with some nice rose purchases and then free fuel on your return what a bonus!
SGL Hope you found some suitable cards on your trip out today, cards can be so expensive depending on where you go.
Hazel, Bestie and I had exactly those thoughts in our heads about some poor person paying for these men to just idle away their time rather than actually doing something constructive.

Felt ok earlier, popped out to get cards, found a couple and also got a few more birthday cards to top up my spares.
