Awake in the night again, after a particularly long, disturbing and complicated dream. Too much on my mind, or possibly the half mug of mulled wine I drank last night. I was going to suggest that as a tonic to help Punkdoc with your recovery, but not if it’s going to end up in sleepless nights.

Sorry to hear about your night Ergates.  Perhaps you’ve nodded off by now.

Another one up here, being kept awake by my coughing and sneezing.

We were going to have fish, haddock, from Waitrose for dinner. Eat by tomorrow, it absolutely reeked, thrown it away. Had Waitrose Chicken Kiev instead but it wasn't as tasty as Morrisons version. May not bother going to Waitrose again, further away anyway.
Go back and tell them, you'll get anothe free.

    Good morning all 😊 ☕️
it rather sounds as if I missed a party 🥃 🥂 … I struggled to stay awake for University Challenge and was asleep by 9:30.

Hope you begin to feel a bit better soon @punkdoc 🤗

Yes take the fish (or rather its wrapping with label) back to W’rose with your till receipt @Busy-Lizzie and tell them it was off …. if you’re not going that way for a few days give them a ring today and tell them you’ll bring label and receipt in when you next go there. They’ll want to put it right.

Is the tree down now @PatE ?

He’s just arrived. Here is the tree. It was across a bloke’s (grey haired one) driveway.  The other one is Hubby’s friend.

  • That’s a big one @Pat E !   I suspect his mate just wanted some company 😉
