Sorry about toothache.
100% positive that it is not Lonicera sp...common name honeysuckle.
Lonicera have opposite leaves.
Mystery willow has alternate leaves.
Unless daughter's garden is huge I would not risk planting it out.
Bin it.

Could it be a Salix gracilistyla of some sort?
