I agree … I can see nothing that looks anything like Japanese Knotweed in any of those pics. 😊

One hollow broken stalk looks much like another. Lots of plants have hollow stems. We would need to see leaves to tell you what it might be.

There are plenty of others.

The leaves are on one side, the single stalk in the other side
