@Nanny Beach that Veridis looks   gorgeous if you can plant in groups, this is from a Gardens just down the lane from us,  I think it must have attracted every bee in Devon,  absolutely buzzing.

Thanks for the reminder @lyn - I knew there were some cuttings I needed to do :)
I'm afraid I didn't save seeds from the Salvia either.
I've had Salvia Amistad in my garden for years - about 5-6 plants. They all made it through winter, but come spring the slugs were relentless and I've lost the lot :( I'll get another in the spring

Yes - but they need to watch out for those pesky moths @Lyn - stealing stuff  ;)

@Nanny Beach - the thing about the Aster is - there are so many that are similar, but they're much of a muchness in terms of care. If you're wanting to buy a similar one, just take a look on one of the good sites that supply perennials - Hardy's, Clare Austin etc.   :)
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

I use this company most times,  they’re good seeds,  when you sow them, don’t cover just press gently into the compost.   These are very similar to the Viridis.

Lyn, what a wonderful display of flowers! What are they, I couldn’t quite work out the exact name from the various posts? Great picture, nice young man too.

They’re  only Clary Sage  @Ergates , like Nanny Beach showed in her 1st photo.
