Now I’m retired and have more time people receive small paintings rather than cards.
I have a small selection of Mum's Christmas cards that she painted. I think she was inspired by a card a friend sent me years ago, titled '3 wise men and a guy with a pineapple'.

I have a boxful of cards that will come in handy for something someday. 🙂
Sending naughty footballers off? Top Trumps? Indexing your collection of Donald Trump memorabilia? Strip poker? Paying for your weekly copy of Card Collectors magazine at WH Smiths?

I used the word Trump twice in that post so I'm expecting trouble :#
Speaking of which  o:) I see Trump Jr has made some t-shirts saying 'Guns don't kill people, Alec Baldwin kills people' and is selling them on his website. Just when you think that family can't get any lower... :/  Of course it's heart warming to see sensible people offering to print t-shirts with slogans like 'Covid didn't kill 738,000 Americans, Donald Trump killed 738,000 Americans' and 'Guns don't kill endangered species, Trump Jr kills endangered species'.

Lower than a snake's belly with a top hat on ,I'd say. And the top Hat was probably made in China.

How very dare you mention Trump @wild edges. Did you get permission ?  Tug your forelock immediately sir  :D
That whole episode with those T shirts is appalling. As you say though, it's hardly surprising given the track record of that family.
Trump senior is getting a roasting here because of his dodgy golf course practises. He managed to destroy a protected dune site too with that course he built further north. Smashing.

    I just came across this .... https://www.bunkered.co.uk/golf-news/impact-of-climate-change-on-golf-courses-to-be-studied

Maybe once Climate Change begins to affect golf courses someone will want to do something about it 😨🙄

Trump just managed to hurry things along @Dovefromabove. It's been well known for years about what happened, and why there was so much opposition, and this is one of the most recent articles

Apparently the expected increase in benefits to the local community never materialised either. What a surprise... :|

Wild edges, you didn't mention yet another use of the word 'Trump' which is also valid in reference to the person!

Can you all stop with the trump references now. I've got a Nelly the Elephant earworm
