I was having a conversation with someone about the Jubilee this afternoon and she mentioned planting. This rang a faint bell with me and l remembered you were doing this @didyw .
How is it coming along ?
The time seems to have gone so quickly.

Thanks @AnniD.  It's all been a bit of a disappointment.  The local nursery we use tried hard to get purple or burgundy plants but says we left it too late telling him what we wanted.  So we have some silver helichrysum, purple verbena and white pelargoniums.
Lesson learnt - will order this autumn for next year.

I'm sure that it will look lovely and people will appreciate all the effort. Looking forward to some photos in due course   :)
