Lettuce identifacation

    I bought a packet of Mesclun from Lidl;  sowed them around May.  I am cutting probably the last of them now (getting a bit tough) and will sow some more when I find a spot!!  Best thing, as growing lettuces down here is impossible.  They just rot in the middle.  With Mesclun, I just cut what I need for the meal, no taking up fridge space.  Perfick!!

    Im making a lettuce mix and selling it. Need it for it's look and texture.
    Better make sure none of that horsetail gets in with it   ;)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    Another one for Mesclun.  I had some seeds left over when I came back to UK in 2012 and I've sown, grown and saved my own seed over the past 9 years.  
    Judging by this year's poor germination rate, I think I've finally run out but they've been an excellent crop - as you say "Perfick"  ;)
