    I think I may move back to the city. The slugs were a lot smaller.

    Not in my bit of my city. I will be taking out a measuring tape henceforth. The leopard slugs are the longest by me; nearly the length of my hand....

    .. and, yes, I have have seen them eating my dahlias (not just detritus or other slugs).

    Perhaps leopard slugs need their five a day too.
