I does look like an Agastache, whatever it is, if you’re going to keep it, I would suggest you take it out of the pot and free it’s roots up a bit, is it in a tea bag type material, it looks as though it’s still in its pot shape by your photo?
Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.
And send them photos of the plant you received and some screen shots of the plant you ordered, clearly showing the difference in stems/leaves. Threaten to expose them on social media of they have facebook etc. Last resort is to initiate a claim via your credit card company. You have to be persistent, they think you will just give up and go away.
Mountainous Northern Catalunya, Spain. Hot summers, cold winters.
Thanks Elfer, Lyn and Nollie. I will persist and try to get money back. Yes the plants were very root bound. I will release roots a bit before potting on.
I was happy with the first order and recommended that site to friends and here in forum.
Lesson learnt, dont recommend until I have ordered couple of times or have any issues resolved smoothly.
I couldn't get my money back. They kept telling me it is aster despite me sending so many photos. I was told it was baby foliage so it is looking different 😂
I didn't have much time to take it further. So be aware if anything goes wrong, you would get awful customer service from southeastern horticulture.
I sent them this photo and was told to send the plants back if I am not happy. Still no acceptance that it is not an aster!

The flowers look like agastache to me. Definitely not Aster. If you can spare the energy, call their bluff and ask them to send you a suitable box and postage-paid label to return them at their expense, because although you've got perfectly good plants there, they aren't what you ordered or what it says on the label. And I would send a close-up of the flower next to the picture on the label. And as @pansyface says, calling them out on social media often seems to get results these days.
Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained

It's not what you ordered.
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
