What do they smell of? Some agastache smell of liquorice and some of mint. Where did you buy it? It certainly isn't an aster, so yes - you're entitled to a replacement or refund.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
It smells a bit like anise. may be more like mint than liquorice. Anyway, i needed aster for the border and these i would have to give away. I would like to know what these are before giving away. I can pot up and wait for flower.
Yes I am surprised to hear no refund/replacement as response. I have sent again email and tried to explain, that it isnt my mistake. I would wait till i receive next reply before saying supplier name.
If what they sent isn't what you ordered, it's their (or their supplier's) mistake and they should give a refund, or a replacement if they still have it in stock. I've had no problems even with a seller that has been knocked a bit on here, even months later when it turned out that the hardy geraniums weren't the variety that I'd ordered.

They are completely refusing to refund or replace. They are not even agreeing that it is wrong plant.
