He might not want to come back ?
  • AJ was injured at the start of the week and it would have made sense anyhow to have kept Rhys in the melting pot in case of unforeseen problems illness or injuries wouldn't it.

They've had celebs go out before from illness or injury and haven't changed anything so I don't see the need to bring back Rhys or anyone else.   Maybe throw in an extra pro dance to make up the time.

Apparently AJ is training this afternoon, but judging by the appearance of her foot on ITT l should imagine it would only be light training if that. I feel sorry for her, all the pleasure of getting to the final and now this.
I think a four celebrity final would have been the way to go, l know they've had that in previous years, but hindsight is a wonderful thing  :)
Tilly has tested positive for Covid so she won't be there, and neither will Robert Webb and Nina Wadia apparently.

I agree 4 in the final makes for a better spectacle and provides a bit of insurance against anybody getting injured.  Not wishing it on anybody, but what would happen if AJ can't dance and one of the others tested positive for Covid.  Would the remaining couple be declared winners by default?
  • The BBC have messed up unless they have a backup couple I do hope that AJ comes through but Rhys is the next best bet for a decent final.

If they do bring Rhys, or anybody else, back would it mean they were only there to make up the numbers and couldn't win?  After all, they have already been voted off.
  • The judges voted Rhys off after saying that both couples deserved to reach the final so I don't see a problem, if the BBC had any sense they could have foreseen an illness or injury especially during this health crisis, I do hope that AJ pulls through but she shouldn't be allowed to dance unless she is fit enough, foot injuries don't heal up in a few days especially if you are expected to dance on them.

AJ has pulled out, so it will just be between the remaining two couples.
    Such a shame.
