Aphids everywhere!!

Hi all, Anyone else having issues with them this year? The are all over my birch tree and shrubs at back door and very annoying. Is there much I can do apart from blast with water? Thanks 😊

My philadelphus was heavily infested I just gritted my teeth and luckily lots of ladybirds 🐞 arrived and it’s now completely clear. Water the plant as much as possible the ants won’t like it but the honeysuckle will.
