Well, I have done it!

like many others I have held off planting out my outdoor tomato/cucumber and squash but they were getting unhappy in their pots so they can be unhappy outside now. Today is my only chance to get them out for the next week with work etc. spent the last week doing the hokey kokey with them, putting them out during the day and bringing them in at night but our hall was looking like the Amazon the last few days. Forecast says night temps due to go as low as 4 or 5 degrees over coming days so we will see how they react, but they were not reacting well in the pots anyway.

I have 2 trowels like that and they have bright red handles too!

Well done with the planting.  I've just soaked my curcubits ready for planting out.

Could it be in a bag of compost @Emptyheadtime? That's where I normally leave mine ;)

I’ve done it too!!! Got fed up thinking when I could pot them up into their final position. They are trailing tomatoes so don’t need staking. I grew them last year and had a bumper crop 😊

    Mine didn't die last night.
There's six plants,I wouldn't mind if I lost one or two anyway. Are yours tumbling Tom?

That’s good new B3. They’re maskotka. I got the seeds free in the GW mag last year and they were so good I bought them this year. Hopefully they will produce as many this year.
