  Good morning!
  Now that's interesting @tuffnelljohn about the perpetual spinach.  I sowed some last autumn.  The first leaves were definitely a spinach taste, but as the plant grew bigger, the taste changed to that of chard.  Just as good anyway.
  
  It's a small box you have there, so I'd go for the cut and come lettuce.

  A good hoeing is worth two waterings.
