    A little indistinct , but I would have said one of the dwarf Juniperus chinensis cultivars .
    Not a fir ; this refers to Abies .
    For the benefit of the doubt , 'u' and 'i' are adjacent on the keyboard ; probable typing error . ;)

    No it's probably the predictive word on his keyboard. Mine changes 'I' to a 'u' so instead of list it changes to lust!

    Strangely on my phone every time I type for it becomes fir because because they are close to each other.

    Some phones can ‘learn’ your usual vocabulary and will predict what is your ‘most likely’ intended word.

    No smart phones here either, but the iPad will spell what it fancies sometimes, you just need to look before you post.

    I inherited my phone from my son ... his vocabulary is a bit different to mine ... it took this phone a while to adjust 😂
