great thankyou! only just getting into gardening and i ordered a lucky dip of perennials. I have a cat and I stupidly planted them all without looking at what they were and then got alarmed when this one started looking a bit like a foxglove! Will be a nice surprise when they all grow though. thanks again
Hi @Neil72 welcome to the fantastic hobby of gardening! Ajuga are often easy plants to look after, but give them a drink if they’ve not had rainfall for a few weeks. They’ll spread by stolons so you’ll have lots of plants in no time!
I grow foxgloves and a neighbour's cat practically lives in our garden. She's very much alive and kicking. Most cats are too sensible to eat stuff that's bad for them. They eat grass which seems to make them throw up, but that's apparently to get rid of furballs.
