I’ve been to Dunsborough a couple of times @Big Blue Sky - once to see the tulips and once at Wisteria flowering time.  Its a lovely garden so worth keeping an eye on the Yellow book for its next opening.
Definitely! I’m already planning to go in June for roses and peonies 🌸🌹

What a treat! Thank you @chicky. I looked in earlier and thought you would be loading photos. What an elegant party frock that Trillium is wearing.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
  • Chenies Manor in Bucks has beautiful tulip displays. Pre-booked tickets only. Here's the link for anyone interested https://www.cheniesmanorhouse.co.uk/
  • What beautiful pictures @chicky and the tulips at Chenies Manor are stunning @rachelQrtJHBjb . I presume they lift all those after flowering, what a mammoth task.  :open_mouth:

  • @D0rdogne_Damsel Yes, they treat them as an annual display. i have a feeling they are then composted rather than planted elsewhere. It's a collaboration between Chenies and Bloms Bulbs.
  • Oh my word! I might have to plan a raid on that compost heap.

Me and OH are off to Easton Lodge Gardens today.  Any one been? The gardens are in Great Dunmow Essex.  I’ve lived in Chelmsford all my life, always see the signs for it when we go to Langthorns Plantery but never been.  It’s their monthly open day today. The sun is shining and I’m so looking forward to it 😀
