Like the look in the photo, although tree ferns aren't practical and are expensive. Lots of hosta in there and when they flower some can be quite tall. Brunnera is a good plant. The grass might be Hakonechloa. Remember plants do spread and your beds aren't large but some can be divided. https://www.plantsforshade.co.uk/ will give you a start but sadly they seem to have very little in stock at the moment
you might catch your washing on anything too tall.
