  • Morning all,

Garden looks fresh and green after the rain. 😁

@punkdoc, we're all allowed one weakness, just the one....😅

@sam bevington you're a very late/early poster! 😱 I was looking at my Foxglove seeds yesterday but it said sow in July/August. I dutifully and wistfully put them back in the sees store, aka a shoebox. 😊

I was equally chuffed when my tiny 8 - just 8 😱 cherry tomato seedlings popped up, nevermind that two ended up in the same pod 🤔 I'll deal with that when they're big enough to handle.

Hoping to have a more active day of gardening today, going to check on the new grass seed now......

Have a good day all. 🙂

Good morning to everyone and welcome to the forum @oliviataylor100

Rain!  We had lots yesterday afternoon.  We went walking with the dog along the beach and the car was a good 10 minute walk away, when the heavens opened!!  Came home,  lit the fire and had a couple of glasses of Prosecco!  Sunny and bright this morning.  Digging the veggie patch over should be a mite easier today!

Have an enjoyable gardening day today.

Morning all. Dusting of snow this morning, wasn't expecting that. Might keep the winter tyres on the car for another week or two and not just out of laziness this time.

    Morning all.
We have rain. Not much , but rain nonetheless.
Hopefully that's the last of the frosts for this season?
I noticed some sad looking early hostas yesterday, hey ho.
    Polytunnels today methinks.
Did I mention I'm heading back to work on Thursday?

    Morning all.

Not raining, sun is shining. Glad the garden has been watered from yesterday's rain.

Going out to buy some Marmite for son 2, if there is any left. Son rang to say his local Leclerc is out of it and can't get more because of Brexit. Need bread and veg too.

Morning all,  I wish we had a decent amount of rain yesterday.  We did have a late afternoon shower but it wasn't much.  No obvious frost but the bird baths are frozen.  Little car going to garage for service & MOT.  It's booked for tomorrow but we will take it this evening so we won't have to fight the traffic tomorrow morning.  Not done many miles this year, so hoping it won't need much doing.
    AB Still learning

  • Morning @busy-lizzie, I've found a new supplier of British goods, it's called The Trading Post and has rendezvous points around the country monthly. I noticed Marmite on there if you struggle to find any.
