Hope everything goes OK tomorrow @punkdoc
Hi from Kingswinford in the West Midlands
  • Safe journey and hugs to you @punkdoc, difficult day but absolutely right to go with your instincts.

    Good night all

Good decision @punkdoc.   Hope you manage the journey and the day OK.

I have finally got the terrace clean enough and also weeded the new herb bed up near the kitchen and started prepping another along the edge of the terrace where my special small white chives can spread to their heart's content.

Then down the polytunnel to dig out the tatty clump of lemongrass.   Took it out to sort out the good stems and was immediately pounced on by 6 chooks wanting slug, snails and grubs form the mass of stems and roots.   Much crooning.  I now have an ice cube tray of blitzed fresh stems and the rest is in a jar, covered in oil.   Hope that works.

Sounds like you've had a busy day @Busy-Lizzie!

    Good morning all.
    Hugs to you all @punkdoc
    Devon.
  • Good morning @Dovefromabove, @Pat E and @Nanny Beach

Glad you are warm and toasty @Dovefromabove , no frost here, I have had a good walk around the garden this morning, all the 'babies' in the ground are looking safe and well, such a worry with slugs and mice out there, but so far, so good.

Not sure what I am doing today, except I have one Birthday Cake to make, but so many jobs in the garden, I need to get a priority list going.

I'll be thinking of @punkdoc too, I hope all goes smoothly.

Meant to say too what a cute picture of grandson @Hostafan1 , bless, a wild swimmer in the making.

Yet another frost ❄️  Feel like I’m living in the Arctic 🥶

Hope today’s trip goes well @punkdoc ......a good decision 👍🏻.  Goregeous wee one @Hostafan1 - can’t believe he is standing up already 😀.

College for me today. Started some revision yesterday - postponed exams coming up in June.  Most of it seemed familiar ......but there is rather a lot to learn 🤯

Good morning.  Oh left very early to go and play golf so I've been woken up by dogs wanting attention and now the coffee pot which doesn't work by itself.

Lovely sunny day again but very cool so far and still so, once coffee has been imbibed I shall go and spray the terrace with an algae inhibitor and then get on with some weeding.  Might be on garden chair painting this pm.

Hope your grandson enjoyed his swim @Hostafan1.  I took Possum from 4 months old and she's now very happy in water.

Hugs and positive waves for all, especially those having a difficult day for whatever reason.
