    Evening.

I have that ‘back to school’ feeling tonight, as been off a week. Really looking forward to new series of Call The Midwife followed by Line Of Duty though. We had some face packs and feet moisturiser booties given to us in work the other week, so I might try those out.

I hope everyone has had had a good weekend. I don’t seem to have any rain forecast on my 10 day app.

Got a bit of gardening done today. Beans started in the polytunnel in little pots, peas and onions moved to the undercover outside shelf to start hardening off, a bit more weeding in the herb bed. It's getting too dry to do much weeding - I may have to revert to cutting back and pruning if we don't get rain this week and there's none forecast.

It's strange to be a weekend only gardener again after several years of having less work to do. But every silver lining has a cloud - more work is good, less time not so much.

Bit of a stressful week ahead so you'll probably not see much of me. Have a good week all - see you when I'm feeling a bit more relaxed next weekend.

Forecast mentioned rain next week end
Thanks @Nanny Beach I'll keep my fingers crossed!
I’ve no idea what I’m doing.
  • Hi all, just thought i’d pop in before I go to sleep and see how’re you’re all doing. Had a busy weekend, I had Auntie Liv duties yesterday watching my niece and nephew and then I spent most of today walking around the city centre with my friend. I’m not half tired now and I have blisters all over my poor little feet  :# I hope you all enjoyed your weekend and rest well.

It’s really strange to read about your lack of rain over there. That’s our situation all the time here. 😡. We’ve just woken to another cold morning,  Thinking about getting up, but there’s no real reason to do so. 😃. I might lay here for a bit longer, snuggled under the doona.

    Good morning Forkers!

Sunny, bright yet sharp morning - no wind and no sign of rain either.  Drizzabone here!

@Busy-Lizzie  Lovely rural photos, so green.  Our landscapes are vineyards, and brown fields!  Still has its beauty though and am lucky that I live on the outskirts of town as well.

    Happy gardening to you all.

  • Good morning @Dovefromabove, @tuikowhai34 and @Nanny Beach  Lots of sunshine here @Dovefromabove, although I do think we might have had a light frost, The lady on the BBC said your cloud would soon burn off, so hang on in there.

Charlie is doing his wild swim this morning and then I need to carry on with sorting the seedlings out, need another bag of soil first though. Messes up my plans to go into town on my bicycle though, just a bit too heavy

    Have a good day all.

Morning all,  afternoon @Pat E and hello to all new Forkers. 😀
Not been around,  life has been cruel in its distribution of bad fortune lately so had a lot on my plate.
Hope everyone is keeping well and gardens are providing much joy and comfort!
@Dovefromabove, Wonky still lives on tzatziki!! 😋😉
