    It doesn't surprise me @NorthernJoe
    As far as I can gather most good tree surgeons have waiting lists under normal circumstances but the storms late last year and earlier this year have made them even more in demand.

    Ash dieback too. Apparently LCC employ three ppl to inspect Ash trees near highways and mark the ones dying needing to be felled. They then employ local contractors in each area to do the work. Apparently council jobs are a good earner for tree surgeons.
