    I sowed 36 cosmos purity  ( DT Brown ) on the 13th , 34 germinated.

My seed tray tamper in foreground @chicky.

The sweet peas behind were 5 packs for £1 in Lidl last year. The seed packets  were left in the tunnel since I sowed last year's, so V hot in summer and cold over the winter ( not perfect ) and still almost 100% germination.

That's good to know @chicky! It's quite a bright colour scheme in my garden this year but I need the cheer!
Going for a bit of a clash of the rainbow 🌈 look with orange snapdragon,  blue larkspur... and much more! Might need sunglasses!
I've got Lidl sweet peas too @Hostafan1 they do me well every year!

Following @Fire’s recommendation I am growing cosmos Red Versailles this year. It is a plant that is extremely difficult to source now - I got mine from a seller on Etsy who lives in Latvia. Fingers crossed it is what it should be.

I will be sowing Gazebo red, but not just yet.

I'm just about to sow my Red Versailles. Fingers crossed. I don't know why it's hard to get hold of. It's gorgeous. Sarah Raven usually stocks it.
