When our conservatory was built we bought blinds which fit into each window opening and will stay at any level thanks to tensioning cords which hold them in place.Β  During the current work we are having done part of the cord got caught and the blind no longer hangs square.
I contacted the manufacturer/install to ask how I go about correcting the tension.Β  I stressed the fact that nothing was broken just not hanging right.Β  The response - "We do not provide support for items outside the warranty period"Β  It's not as if these are a discontinued item, they still manufacture and sell them.
Customer service at its very worst.

Name and shame @KT53 and find their Facebook/Instagram/whatever pages and leave messages of displeasure to warn potential new customers.

Not a good shot, they'll get soggy as they wash up in Dun Laoghaire.
You have your own horrible biscuits over there. Kimberly and those pink marshmallow coconut Mikado efforts😜
Kimberly are my friends favourites... I'll admit I don't see the attraction
