If they're yellow I'll be moving them :s. Let's hope for better luck next year! Or maybe I'll give up and put in snowflakes or something else reliably white.

I thought the clocks didn't change until one or two

I was just thinking about heading to bed as it was nudging 1am and all of a sudden it's 2am and I've already lost an hour's sleep. Apparently there's no sign of this nonsense getting scrapped any time soon either. Someone seems to have turned it into a leave vs remain debate with Europe blamed for trying to attack British summertime or some such nonsense. Β  :|

Not so good when the clocks go back!Β  If you work a 3 week rotating shift pattern as I did many moons ago you rarely seem to get the 'lost' hour back.

My wife decants all our food now because the packets are crawling with the 'rona. I can't get her to understand that you can't mix biscuits in the same jar though. Hobnobs mixed in with jaffa cakes will equalise moisture content within a few hours and both go stale. She did mix dark chocolate hobnobs in with some orange flavoured cookies though and created the chocolate orange hobnob which was actually excellent.

Ginger biscuits must be isolated and also viscounts or mint clubs - but not with the ginger. Lemon puffs must be isolated,Β  and fig rolls because I hate them.

If you eat them as soon as you buy them, none of this is an issue.

Sling your fig rolls over the Irish sea please, @B3Β  :)
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

Not a good shot, they'll get soggy as they wash up in Dun Laoghaire.
You have your own horrible biscuits over there. Kimberly and those pink marshmallow coconut Mikado efforts😜
