Is this an Oriental Bittersweet?

  That’s what I was wondering,  thinking if it’s flowering this early it must be some sort of fruit.  We’ll just have to wait until it does flower,  I think it will be easily identifiable then. 
  Looking forward to a photo later on then🙂

  Think we need to wait for more clues...eg flowers.
  
  Leaves of mystery plant appear to be opposite so that rules out Cydonia oblonga..Quince.
  
  Duranta erecta is only found in hot countries..so very unlikely to be that.

  Toxicodendron diversilobum..so much for apps. Leaves of this are in 3's.! Rules that out.

  Pyrus ..pear leaves are alternate so that can be ruled out.

  Indeed. I’ve taken 11 photos of this plant and the app has given me 10 different verdicts. None of which seem to be correct. 

  
  

  I didn’t realise all plants flowered (did I mention I’m a complete novice!). I’ll certainly post more photos when it develops some flowers.
